1. What does your ideal team look like?
I like working with people who are open about problems instead of hiding them.
A good mix of experience levels also helps, since juniors and seniors can learn from each other.
Clear communication matters more to me than everyone being a genius.

2. What kind of work environment helps you do your best work?
I do my best work when I have quiet time for deep focus, especially in the morning.
I also like having flexible hours, since I'm more productive later in the day sometimes.
A supportive manager who doesn't micromanage makes a big difference too.

I actually enjoy remote work, as long as the team communicates clearly.
I do miss some of the casual conversations you get in an office.
