1. How do you keep your technical skills up to date?
I read engineering blogs from companies I admire, usually once or twice a week.
I also try to build small side projects with tools I haven't used before.
Podcasts are useful too, especially during my commute.

Official documentation is usually my first stop when I want to learn something properly.
After that, I look for video tutorials if the topic is more visual.
Online courses are helpful when I need a structured path.

I recently learned how to use container orchestration tools for a personal project.
It took some time to understand the networking part.
Now I feel comfortable enough to bring it up in technical discussions.

I usually write a short summary and share it in our team channel.
Sometimes I present a quick demo during our weekly sync.
This helps the whole team stay updated without everyone doing the research alone.

It's an area I only understand at a surface level right now.
I think it will help me make better architecture decisions in the future.
